A prominent US healthcare organization sought to streamline its OASIS data submission process. The goal was to implement an intelligent, self-adapting automation system to reduce Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) count and support scalable growth.
Solution Implementation
Developing Advanced Algorithms: Created a suite of sophisticated algorithms paired with bots to efficiently gather pertinent data from the HomeCare HomeBase operational workflow.
Automating Data Submission: Deployed a bot to authenticate into the iQies quality submission system and input the collected data.
Interpreting Results: The system retrieves and interprets results from iQies, logging them into HomeCare HomeBase for actionable insights. Additionally, the system displays these insights on a dedicated dashboard.
Results
Efficiency Gains: The automation reduced the FTE count by two, meeting the organization’s objectives and supporting its rapid growth. This automation has provided scalability to the organization to increase volume by many times without adding human resources.
Data Accuracy and Consistency: The seamless integration of bots ensured efficient data collection and high levels of data accuracy and consistency.
